NTSC Widescreen 2.35:1 / 16:9

Packaging Description:
A large English family meet at the family estate for the reading of their father’s will. Each expects to be the recipient of a tidy sum. But apart from the local constable (Gaston Moshin, GODFATHER 2) and a few other small awards to the help, the entire estate goes to the favorite daughter (Anna Moffo). No sooner than the will is read, murder is done. First the butler, then several members of the family! The local constable is joined by a Scotland Yard inspector (Lance Percival), who sees it as an open and shut case. However, it does not turn out that way, in this giallo directed by Michele Lup and also starring Peter Baldwin (I MARRIED A MONSTER FROM OUTER SPACE), Eveline Stewart (KILL BABY KILL) and Giacomo Rossi-Stewart (NIGHT EVELYN CAME OUT OF THE GRAVE). Code Red is proud to present this in widescreen, from a Hi-Def master.

Welcome To Spring Break (1988)

Welcome To Spring Break

Director: Umberto Lenzi
Composer: Claudio Simonetti
Label: Lion's Gate
Part Number: 12913
NTSC Fullscreen

Packaging Description:
Spring break is usually the time for an old college tradition: hitting the beach for a little sun, surf, suds, and wet T-shirts contests…a nonstop party of the wildest kind. But, this year, there’s a difference. This year, one of the local bikers, Ed Diablo has just been given “the chair”. His last words were, “I swear I’ll come back for revenge.” Which could explain the mounting body count of grisly murders being piled up by a terrifying biker with a shocking way of killing his victims – more shocking even than the electric chair. His targets are pretty girls, Peeping Toms, anybody who gets in the way. Local authorities, like the sadistic police chief (John Saxon), the town’s alcoholic doctor (Michael Parks), and a sinister minister (Lance LeGault), keep the killings under wraps while the rest of the town is removing theirs. It’s a spine-tingling thrill-a-minute adventure as Gail, a victim’s sister, and football star Skip Banacheck single mindedly run down the mysterious biker from Hell, with the rowdy madness and maximum exposure of spring break happening all around them.

Young, The Evil And The Savage, The

Director: Antonio Margheriti
Composer: Carlo Savina
Label: Code Red
Part Number: DVD8130
NTSC Widescreen 16:9

Packaging Description:
There’s nobody there to save you from this nightmare!

From the minds of Italian horror kings Mario Bava (TWITCH OF THE DEATH NERVE) and Antonio Margheriti (CANNIBAL APOCALYPSE) comes this macabre tale of murder at an all girls school.

The corpses are piling up at St. Hilda’s School for Girls, leaving top cop Michael Rennie (THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL) with more than the usual suspects. Is the killer playboy riding instructor Mark Damon (HOUSE OF USHER)? Peeping Tom Luciano Pigozzi (BARON BLOOD)? Or how about hulking swim teacher Giovanni Di Benedetto (THE BIRD WITH THE CRYSTAL PLUMAGE), whose wetsuit and dive mask make the perfect ensemble for slaughter?

Mario Bava’s original script CRY NIGHTMARE was entrusted to director Antonio Margheriti, Retitled THE YOUNG, THE EVIL AND THE SAVAGE by American International Pictures, the film was hacked of 15 minutes so it could fit onto a double bill with the Vincent Price vehicle THE CONQUEROR WORM. Dark Sky Films presents this early Italian giallo complete and uncut for the first time in North America.
